Poster Instructions
KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING YOUR POSTER PRESENTATION:
1. Posters should preferably be prepared on one sheet. Posters will be adhered to boards with double-sided tape which will be provided.
2. The size of your poster must not exceed 90cm width and 170cm height (vertical format).
3. Title and author(s) of your poster should appear at the top of the poster in bold lettering.
4. All text and illustrations should be easy to read from a distance of 2 meters.
Upon arrival at the Conference, please refer to the final program to find the board number that has been assigned to you.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS AT THE CONFERENCE
Please check in the poster list on which day you will be presenting your poster.
We kindly ask you to mount your poster in the morning of the first day of the conference (June 27, 2022) and please dismount your poster on the last day of the conference (June 29, 2022) after 15:00 o'clock.
If your poster will not be dismounted on time, the conference organizers cannot take responsibility for your poster.
Poster presenters are kindly asked to stand by their posters in the dedicated poster session and answer the questions of the conference participants.
The posters will be evaluated and the best 3 posters will get a prize on the last day of the conference.
